Council of State

The application is first dealt with by the Auditor who examines and summarizes the facts of the case and the arguments put forward by the parties and who writes down his assessement of the application in a report. This report is notified to all parties who are also immediately summoned to attend the hearing of the Council.

ATTENTION: The documents relating to the case have to be couched in Dutch, French or German according to the rules laid down in Title VI, Chapter II, of the coordinated laws on the Council of State (articles 64 to 66)
